Makes it illegal to manufacture, import, sell or possess undetectable firearms, meaning weapons made without enough stainless steel or metal alloy to be recognised by standard security screening.
Requires all completed firearms, explicitly including those printed at home or assembled from kits, to carry a valid serial number.
Prohibits the manufacture, purchase or transfer of unserialised 3D-printed frames or receivers, with penalties ranging from Class D to Class C offences.
